Tripod spare parts

Hey everyone

Does anyone know who is the local distributor / retailer for Benro / Induro tripods? Do they carry spare parts? The rubber foot of my Benro IF18+ came off (probably lost it on a bus) so I need to find someplace to buy replacement for it.
