Tripod for my Ixus V?

can someone recommend me a tripod for my Ixus V?

I borrowed my colleague's mini tripod, and plug my ixus on it. Seems like having hard times balancing becoz my ixus's tripod mount is on the one side.

Hi cheergal.

You may want to consider Slik U5500 or 6600. Their max. working height height should be around 1.43m (assuming you're not a 6 footer) and weighs btw 1 to 1.1kg...should be just nice for gals.

Nothing beats hands-ons, so why don't you bring your camera down to Cathay Photo and give the tripods there a test-drive?

Is this a prottype Ixus V which is as big as a TV and can float??

Those tripods they recommend are good for your Ixus unless you got attachemnt of those ultra zoom lens to it...

wahaaa.. no lar.. becoz the tripod mount is almost right on the right edge of the base.
