Budget? If you are using it for travel then maybe a Sirui T1004x + G10 head

I think the Sirui tripods are good value for money. Benro also pretty decent, from personal experience.

Maybe..

Press 1 button.. auto deploy legs
Press another.. auto extend height
Press another.. auto grab camera and latch on
Press another.. enable voice command...

Joking.. joking..

Sirui value for $$ even comes with a bag to carry the tripod around. If you want to carry it around, suggest you get the CF one.. way within your $300 budget.
