Trip Pooling - discussion and tips

This is a new phenomenon where strangers come together to travel.

This saves costs, and allows people who cannot find friends to still go on trips, with safety in numbers and also who wants to go nice places alone?

There are pros and cons and I see that some people here in our forum have begun small efforts of this, so we should promote it!

A great idea... of course personality clashes present the greatest threat to any group's enjoyment... but if you start with a like minded group such as clubsnap photographers, you've got a great chance of success...

New phenomenon? Not exactly. If you searched the forum, you may see these trip as early as 2003 or so.. CB1 is somewhere at 2003 or 2004.
