Travelling with digital camera

You know how everything's snappy happy and quicky and u just want to take many many photos quickly while you're travelling?

Do you think auto mode is the way to go? I've got a compact Canon Ixus 330 digital cam

If you are comfortable with it, why not?

Don't forget to bring enough memory cards/storage, and if the place you are going are quite rural, enough batteries.

if you dun want to think. does the ixus you are using have aperture pirority or shutter pirority mode anyway?

if not, you are pretty much already in auto mode.

auto mode is perfectly fine for getting good photos. i used to own a canon ixus 300 and was very happy with it. :sweatsm:
