Fancy a chance to travel with Hosea for a photography trip to Ladakh, India?

For those of you who doesn't know who HOSEA is, he is the man who gave the Travel Photography talk at the recently concluded CS SAM

http://www.clubsnap.com/forums/showpost.php?p=5264343&postcount=29

NO instructor fee will be imposed :)

Travel period will be 22 August - 13 September.

Itinery has yet to be finalised, but looking at Delhi-Manali-Leh route.

If you are the type who is looking for specific itinery after reading this post, fussy about
food and accommodation, then this trip will not be for you.
If you are female, you have to be comfortable in the company of 3 guys :)
No gender discrimination.

Budget: 2-3K inclusive of flight. (What we pay is what you will pay too, no more no less)

Only ONE slot is up for grab. Response by 19 July.

the ONE slot is reserved for now.

Interesting.
would have joined if not because the timing clashes with my school timetable :(
maybe next time :(

Interesting outing. Like to join u guys but somehow unable to apply leaves during the period.
Will really like to join u in any future trips.
:)

the ONE slot is still available.

Please dont be shy to PM your availability to join THE MAN :)

it seems that ladakh has striked a number of visits from cs for the late 1 year. it will be a place that pleases both landscape and portraits shooters. do check out if you can catch the hermis festival in that period. it varies with the tibetan calender.

just a note for ladies, some locations will have not frequently have a proper (covered) toilet, esp for the manali-leh land stretch, and hence you have to grab every chance of going a proper toilet and be mentally prepared if once or twice, you might have to do behind one of the big rocks.

Hermis festivals is at the early part of the year.. :)

Thank you for the many PMs to Sigg; many of you had expressed interest but could only afford a 2 weeks trip at most.

We are sorry that we couldn’t accommodate you as our itineraries are not “rigid” and we might be at some remote location that might not permit transit back to Singapore half way. We are also concern about our travel mates safety.
I believe in taking photos along the journey as destination would not be the only target. Sleeping in the 4-wheels or van would loose some great opportunities along the way. This is the reason why we want our itineraries to be more flexible.

We want to express our sincere thanks to those showing interest in joining us in this trip.

We had already booked our International and domestic flight for this trip...

Cheers
Stan
