Transit of Venus

Shooting the sun is tough and hot :sweat: but i managed to capture the transit of Venus.

anyone caught the blackdrop effect?
(suffering from burnt shoulders now....)

sigh, i didn't catch it...
only got the hang of the shooting technique after a few hours into the transit. And since the internal egress (4th contact) is after sunset, i can't get catch the effect.

I honestly new to CLUBSNAP and hence not in fun of photography but most likely interested on those phenomena. May I know where did you shoot this, and what time? Is it in Singapore?

the last one before today's happened in 1882, the next in 2012... so we have a few more years to learn in preparation for the next one :angel:
