Transfer pics from 450D to mac

Hi guys,

For my other digital cameras, the Finder detects the camera, and I am able to transfer my pics into my mac folders.

However, for my 450D, the Finder just can't seem to detect the camera (ie No external drive found).

Can anyone help on this?

Install and use the canon utilities.
It works fine for me.
