Tour Agency - For China Tour

Hi as mentioned above,
does anyone here have any good recommendations.
The trip will be to western part of China - XingJiang, Tibet, SilkRoad etc.
I'm looking for those free and easy or maybe those that I can employ one local tour guide for a small group.
