Toss the Dough

Hi all,

Tossing of the dough isn't just for showmanship, or to give customers something to watch while their Pizza is being made. They do it with a purpose.
However, BTBE toss the prey to impress photographers and to challenge them to catch when the Prey is on mid-air. Was fortunate to have witness this behavior behind the viewfinder.

D3, 500mm VR + 1.7 TC, F6.7, 1/320 sec, Bean bag and no flash.

Was fortunate this Bird catches a Prey and decided to play with it in front of us.
