Hello everyone at ClubSNAP.

With just about a year and a half shooting freelance, I still feel like a newbie in the industry. There's so much to learn and do and people to meet and I'm having a blast doing it. Photography has been a love affair of mind for years as I never really told anyone how much I enjoyed doing it and one day, when I got sick of working for the same inept boss, I went out in the world on my own and started shooting.

I started small and have slowly been expanding the amount of clients I shoot for on a freelance basis. There are many highs and lows as one has to overcome the changes in technologies, competition and other factors, but I still enjoy what I do.

I know I'm not a star yet, and find it hard to accept when I'm told I am. Though, you can judge for your self. Check out my site at www.lubintasevski.com, (this can use a lot of work  and am looking to transition to wordpress or a html5 site in the future) and www.facebook.com/lubinphoto.

If there are any other Toronto photographers here on this site, feel free to introduce yourself and discuss doing a meetup shoot.

Regards,

Lubin Tasevski

hello and welcome to Clubsnap!

I hope that you are finding joy and reward (both personal and financial) in your new career :)
All the best!

I think the members on CS are predominantly based in Singapore, though you may be lucky and find a compatriot. No forums based on Toronto? Do post some photos of your neighbourhood (in the respective gallery section) to share!

Greetings lubint,

Good morning to you!

Wonderful to have a fellow photographer from across the Pacific joining us. I'm Singaporean, and so is my fellow friend ZeroCoolAstra. Great to have you share your pics with us, but of course, in the appropriate threads :)

If you do happen to jump on a plane to Singapore, do holler, and we'll definitely be more than happy to play guide to you :)

Cheers and I do hope you enjoy your stay here ....

Since you are a freelance PGer, do share with us your experiences as we are mostly amateurs ... and beginners.

Good luck!
