I thought it's:

1) Minister Mentor - >$100k/month
2) Prime Minister - >$100k/month
3) Senior Minister -> $100k/month
4) Deputy Prime Minister - ~$100k/month

Maybe it's because the vast majority of these 100 jobs are employed personnels and thus the survey can draw data from IRAS.
...whereas photographers (including many top photographers) are self employed.
I don't know. Just my guess.

Being a Pilot + COL can easily match it... Ow....
 

From the website, it says it takes the data from Ministry of Manpower which relies on CPF data. Photographers are likely to be self employed, hence it is not listed.
 

didn see coa leh, but i saw cdf alot of times opening doors
I'm not too familiar with military pay structure. Just assumed COA was a safe bet to be over the #1 spot. I guess lower rank than that also surpass :)
CDF confirm higher la. That one is 3 star general leh. Mega bucks!
