Ok, I can't to decide which is better. But I honestly prefer the first one. #2 is just a rotation of #1

For me, I would prefer the time as 10:10.. this will show the "logo" and lessen the white space on the clock. For the rotation, I would prefer the #3. But this is only because I see it as a product shot.. but opinions will depend on what they wanna see... so based on context, most likely my opinion doesn't matter. :)
 

#2's my choice and the hands as mentioned, should adjust accordingly.

I like the idea of using rolled paper as a background alot, probably will try it someday too :thumbsup:
 

Is the clock a Photoshop cutout, or are its edges really that rough, un-even and broken looking?

I think the clock was fit into one of the many rolls of paper.

Not photoshopped. Was a spoilt clock with a cracked frame that i had cut away with a scissors, hence the jaggedness.
