think its probably because of the umbrella that is not in the picture... think the picture was taken near the OG opposite Sim Lim Square... cos I saw a similar stall there as well

The yellow "reflection" is from the flourescent light above the head of the lady. SebastianOng is right. This shot was taken near OG.
