Can you tell me the settings for taking thos photos? Are these taken with a G2?
I own a G2 too, but I can't get such great shots!!!

Yes, it is taken with a G2 with a +4 close-up filter. The camera is set to macro mode and I have an external flash 420EX Speedlite.

I do not have the settings with me at this moment and will try to find out the settings once I get back home.

1 point to note, the settings are only a guide and it is not necessary to follow strictly. My advice is to shoot as many photos as possible while keeping a sharp eye for opportunities. Learn the controls of your camera and learn through your mistakes. Not all photos will turn up to be good. Ask the amateurs and the professionals. Experiences will play the most important part in taking a good picture.

My photos are just so-so. Just go to Sifu Megaweb website. He has a lot of insect shots that are most breathtaking.
