Organised by Objectifs, this four-day workshop is a unique oppurtunity to learn alongside Chien-Chi Chang, renowned Taiwanese photograher and member of the prestigious photo agency, Magnum Photos.

Workshop participants will learn to find story ideas from their own experiences and social environment, develop their personal visions and create images that communicate with emotional resonance.

Chien-Chi will also share his approach in communicating social issues through his images. Through the review of works by other photographers and peer critiques, participants will learn to find their personal visual direction and voice. Each participant will work on a project in 35mm black & white for this workshop.

This workshop is ideal for serious amateurs, emerging artists and working professionals looking to bring vision and clarity into their photography projects. Enrolment is by selection and limited to 12 participants.

Duration: 4 days (Full time)
Dates: Apr 14 to Apr 17
Fees: Workshop Fees S$800; Lab Materials/Fees S$180
Pre-requisites: Basic Photography or equivalent
Selection: Applicants should submit a portfolio and a written statement. Selection for the workshop will be done by Chien-Chi. Applications must be submitted by January 31.
