Intead of banning....they should look at decentralized certain business....and staggered working hour....with that....everybody does not need to flock to one place just to get a thing done....imagine if there is no CBD....no Raffless Place....office worker will not need to squeeze into the same road at the same time....although we have seen some effort by the gov....even private sector encourages mobile office.....I feel more can be done...gov sector can take the lead....for example start opening from 11am to 8pm etc in certain days....employer do not so rigin on punctuality, staff are allows to come in at 10am on certain day and go home later say 8pm :cheers:
