Nice composition and making it black and white adds to the mood. It's like bringing back the remeniscent mood to it.

Yes, is in Chinese garden

Yes, the shot been cropped, convert to gray scale and remove off some buildings. No modification to sky. When taking shot that day, there are some dark clouds.
