I was getting more and more tired these days, so wasn't sure whether to attend the big walk before sleeping. Strangely, I waked up around 5:45am in the morning. Guess in my subconscious I had the desire, a hobbist's desire, to go. For such an event, a 70-200/f2.8 lens is the best tool IMO. Tripod is no need. It was a sunny day so I could shoot in ISO 100 handheld without any problem.

All shots were taken in aperture priority f2.8. I was intended to isolate the pple from the background. Under such circumstances, however, it's virtually impossible to get *clean* background. pple were very nice, they smiled at me, cheered to me, and posed for me, no shy. Ya, it's a holiday, let's have fun.

We are well organized

Want to mention it that all pix are under HEAVY compression so the quality may not be very good. The noise in the original files is very little, compared to the pix at here.

thx extreme2 and StreetShooter:)

Yes, Sigma 70-200/2.8 is a decent lens and I love it. It's my favorite lens since bought it, and on my camera 90% of time. There was only once, i.e. LAST SATURDAY DOG SHOW, I didn't bring it... missed 100+ shots:cry:
