It's an agreement between the photog and the model(s) Both parties are not paid, and photos are not to be allowed to be used in commercial usage (if done so, the other party must be suitably compensated)

Portfolio usage is ok.

Define TFCD

The images produced during the TFCD session are not meant for commercial usage, however, if any of the images will be use as in any form of commercial usage, by anyone, the other party will have to be compensate accordingly.

The model and photographer can sign an agreement about the term and condition for the usage of the images produce during the TFCD session.
