yeah, i remember at a buffet at raffles hotel, this guy, for the whole night just sit there and kept asking the waiter to get him the food from the buffet counter. he didn't even stand up. it was supposed to be a buffet!! but obviously the waiter obliged adn got him all his food, cause no choice must provide good service.

I used to do sales and customer service directly and via phone and i've seen all sorts of them.

If any shops give me this attitude, i'll blacklist them instead.

Haha! Same here..
Will never go and buy from that same shop.
Similarly, don't intro people to that shop!
