Can someone help me clarify the below term?

Sorry I am not too sure what that means.

Can I adjust contrast, levels, saturation, shadow & highlights, whitebalance, color balance, etc of the photograph in Photoshop?

No you may not do any adjustments in Photoshop except for cropping.

Interesting, just curious, how about RAW editing? I don't suppose thats not allowed?
