Tele Converter for Sigma 105mm Macro

Hi all,
Has anybody ever used a tele converter with Sigma Lens 105mm Macro ? Or is it possible ?
Am using Minolta Dynax 5.

yes it is entirely possible.

just make sure you don't accidentally get the Sigma APO teleconverter, because it will not work with the 105mm macro.

Will the minimum focusing distance and maximum aperture affected when using the teleconverter ?

you will lose 1 stop of light with a 1.4x TC and 2 stops with a 2x TC.

minimum focusing distance will be nearer when you use a TC.

Minimum Focusing Distance will REMAIN the same after you put on the TC. :bsmilie:
