Tcon 14-b & Wcon -8b on fz20 question

anyone konws the actual zoom & tele range when mounted on fz20 using a phayee 62mm lens hood?;
I've read in in an article the range of these convertors lens is different for different cam.
anyone with these 2 lens care to comment

Just apply the multiplying factor, eg WCON08 (0.8x), at wide end, 36mm x 0.8 = 28.8mm
For TCON14, at tele end, 432mm x 1.4 = 604.8mm

it seems the performance of these convertor lens depends very much on the camera being used so just want to find out owners of these lens are they able to achieve the magnification rating as stated by the manufacturers?
