Hi guys,

I'm planning to get a tattoo..

Any Tattoo salon to recommend?

Thanks alot!!

may i know what you intend to get?

There are a few of them in Far East Plaza, all are okay...

I personally did mine in Alive Tattoo, you can take a look at their website.

A tattoo, when cared for properly, lasts a lifetime. Please really think twice, thrice, then think again before finally deciding what and where you want it to be on your body!! It may be far fetched but think about what your children or grandchildren will think (about you) when/if they see it.... some things can't be changed...

I'm planning to get a tribal on my upper arm.
Ya, I'm still considering very hard... Haha

tattoos are not permanent with pigment laser. it costs some $$ to remove it. yesterday's mind and body segment have good writeups about tattoos. read it to find out more.

I would love to get a tatoo done by Kat Von D of LA Ink or Chris Garver of Miami Ink but it would cost me a bomb to fly to the US to get them to tatoo. I just don't find many of locals one that skilled technically or creatively after all these years of searching about. It's gonna be permanent. So you got to be sure of what you want done to you and a good tatooist must be able to tell you plainly if it is right for you or not.

i believe cs has a tatooist or someone that owns a tatoo shop or something.

try searching the nick kevdead. try to find some info. =)

How about tatooist in bangkok?

what type of tattoo are you looking for? sakyant?

bangkok famous for ac noo ganpai who tattooed the tiger/five lines on angelina jolie.

however he probably doesnt tattoo that much anymore, either his disciple or his younger brother does the job, prices usually start from 22k baht onwards.

ThinkTattoo @ FEP.

This guy is marvellous.
I went into the studio with only a simple angel wing in mind, But he gave me a much much much better idea.
Something which I will be contented for life.
Tattoos, you wouldn't wanna regret them right?

On Tattooing

You may still be wondering about why anyone would put permanent marks on themselves.
I’m glad my belief systems make me think twice or three times before getting one.

1. Do you know the real reasons why certain religions forbid tattooing of any kind?

2. How do people portrays women with tattoos verses men with tattoos?

3. Do you know that a tattoo is forever and that your skin will be a different
color even after you spend thousand of dollars trying to remove them?

4. Do you know that the majority of the public disrespect people with tattoos
and that they can't see how sometimes the tattoo is Art?

5. Here is one reason why a woman wants to have a tattoo -
"Of course, in my days of dating, when I saw a hot guy, I always made sure
he saw my tattoos so he would know how much I wanted to have..*.....*.with him"

6. If you are thinking about getting a tattoo, you should first decide
your reason for getting it, how you will feel about having it later on in life,
and if the tattoo is something you can see yourself with.

7. Before you put a permanent tattoo on your body, you should make
sure that you are getting the tattoo for you because you want it.
Whatever you do, you should always avoid getting a tattoo simply
because someone else suggested it. :nono:

---------------------------------------------------------
People who settle on a tattoo will usually end up regretting
tattooed in the first place, but it's a little bit too late by
that point, as the artwork is already etched on their body.
