Hi people, does anyone know if it's open to public now & if there's any food stalls still operating there?

We're going there this Sunday morning to check out a classic & vintage cars gathering

No the place is closed. This Sunday event I am not sure if they will have food stall but unlikely. Eat opposite before going over.
