But i cant seem to find the cable for it online.. i had search for it under "tamron 28-75 flex cable....etc" but nothing. Can anyone here help me plz?

It's a bit strange that the flexible cable was damaged on this lens. It doesn't gets damaged easily since the application is not a moving part.
Unlike those flexible cable used in aperture mechanism, cable gets damaged due movement of aperture assembly as you zoom in and out.

I suspect the cable was damaged after you tried to open the lens.
The trick is to first remove the baffle, then remove the contact pin connector, then you can safely remove the metal mount.

Since there's no demand, no third party cable maker would make and sell that cable. It would be very difficult to get this cable.
If you can't find the flexible cable, another option is to reconnect the damage lines.
It can be done by soldering a thin wire on the flexible cable.
Then apply an epoxy to serve as an insulation.

Some soldering skills required ;)
