Taking a photo of the MICA Building

I love this building and want to take a picture of it. As I don't have a lot of time to go out several times to shoot it, can some one please help:

What is the best time of day to take the shot? evening or morning?
Where on earth do you stand to take the shot as it is facing an extremely busy road?

U can try once each at 7am sunrise, 12pm midday sun, 5pm afternoon sun, 7pm evening light, then try once on sunny day, cloudy day, overcast day, raining day, then try once on weekend (less traffic) and on weekday (lotsa traffic), then try from near (stand in front of the MICA) and far (opposite the road).

Try to shoot at very narrow angle to the building, so that the windows would appear to 'blend together' when you stand at the side.

judging by the threads in kopitiam, the best time may well be when the security guards are off-duty!
