Now here's the 3rd PART... this part only 1 picture. Trying on a soft B&W effect.. Smile.

Very nice.... but her eyelashes sticking out of the hat loos a little distracting... maybe ask to to bow her head a little lower?

And maybe up the contrast a little...

A bit too flat in terms of contrast. I'd second Flare to up the contrast a bit.

Aiyoh.... you have such a pretty model but why hide her eyes? What a waste!

I've to give you a thumb down on this one. The lack of contrast spoiled this picture. If you tried to portray some melancholic type of situtation, I would say the mood is not well captured at all. Perhaps you should not use a fill flash in the first place for this particular shot since you don't intend to show her eyes anyway.
