Need to post this for my relatives who always say: Only front seat ppl need to wear seat belt... the ones at the back never wear also won't kena fine.

Shd rephrase for them, those who sit at the back and dun want to wear seat belt need to wear parachute.

More like one will already be dead even before they know it, chances of fatality are the highest amongst rollover crashes.
