superimpose sky

i havent perfect ps skill, is frustrating to have flat weather day for landscape
can someone be kinda enough to take me through step by step on superimpose sky??
 

step by step is rather hard...
to put simply, (you have to figure out the rest) use the desired sky as the background layer. then from the photo with the foreground, carefully cut out the foreground trying hard to ommit the flat sky. use all the tools possible. magnetic lasso, magic wand and whatever works. as these parts are selected, copy them onto the dramatic sky which you opened previoulsy...

difficult process try hard.
 

Bear in mind that if you take a picture on a cloudy day and try to superimpose a blue sky later, the lighting on the objects on land may not match the blue sky that well, and the results will be unatural no matter how well you can do the cut and paste and border treatment.
