Super 16mm

This might sound very technical but do Singapore have a film lab to develope the super 16 format? From what I have heard so far only HongKong, China, Korea and Australia have it. Wonder anyone here is in the industry?

Just an extra note - the film lab is called Film Technical Services (FTS). Cost $0.35 per feet so you can do the Maths lah. The rate applies to everyone - professionals, amateurs and film students.
