Where can take nice coast line with sunset ?

Not sure if I'm misinterpreting your qst... when facing west at Changi, you still can get sunset... one example of such is Changi Boardwalk...

At pasir ris inside downtown east can also see sunset.
One of spot where there aircon is area near KFC, the entrance facing the smaller open carpark.
Had also saw sunset at the Ehub carpark area.
Depend anything blocking.

I guess it's where the age old advice not to take things at face value.....lol
