1. In what area is critique to be sought?
Anything that i can improve

2. What one hopes to achieve with the piece of work?
Trying to have a dreamy effect

3. Under what circumstance is the picture taken? (physical conditions/emotions)
Took this photo at around 6pm. Camera on tripod.
Shutter speed - 30s
f/22
iso - low 0.1

Nice composition n Colours, but din gimme the dreamy feel. Perhaps softening/diffusion would help?

I thought the saturation is a little on the high side and the contrast a little too high. But that may be just me. :dunno:

Yup I think saturation is on the high side. I think a square crop would be nice too, cropping out the left-hand side, where the tree silhouette overlaps with the mountains in the distance, because that seems to ruin the photo for me.

Otherwise, it's pretty good :)

the green in the foreground is a bit overdone, too much yellow - can afford to desat that. i'm ok with the sky, it extends into the surreal side but that's still acceptable. we can afford to be more creative with sky colors, most of the time.

what i have a huge problem with is the composition, i don't see how your foreground contributes positively to the picture, especially with that vegetation cutting into the horizon.
