Yes it at Riviera MRT station. Walk in about 200m and there you are at the Punggol Waterfront / Popeye.

U can also take bus no 3, 83 and 85

please refer to the map, the section from Punggol Jetty right, all the way to the metal bridge link to Lor Halua are not open to Public, the construction are not completed yet.

The sunrise is 6.52am as in today,
recently the weather is very bad, I don't see sun rise from my bedroom window everyday.
I tried one at the metal bridge but failed due to bad weather,

if the weather permit, I might try again the same spot again,
