Suggest: LIST of places where film devp, scanning and printing is offered

Hi All I am new to medium format film
How much is printing for a roll of 16?
Say price of $1 x 16 ? or just $1 a roll only?

Hello everyone, just developed and scanned (my first!) two rolls of 120 film at Triple D last week, then brought the same two rolls to Konata to test if there's any difference in scanning quality. Triple D currently costs $13 to develop and scan the negatives while Konata is $15 just for the scan. To develop will cost an additional $5.

Quality wise, it seems that images from Konata appear more contrasty, and I believe the staff lifted the shadows slightly for some of my pics, which was a nice touch. One lab's colour for the portra scans came out a bit orange-ish while the other came with a bit of a green-cast, so you'll want to do the correction yourself anyway. File sizes and scan quality at 100% are the same, although Konata's came with slightly less dust. YMMV. Overall I have to say that I prefer Konata's scans just a bit more... but not $7 per roll more.

Here u go! :)

Disclaimer: I am in no way related to any of the shops.

I personally use Triple D and find the service fast and reliable.

Appreciate the info lots! may I find out if the 120mm C-41 scans at Triple D, are 16bit?

Do you mean TIFF? Don't think they do TIFF. The prices listed for Triple D are for jpeg, roughly 3200 X 3200 pixels. 8bits per channel I believe, so it's "24-bit"

Update: Triple D uncle says it's not possible for his machine to output to anything other than jpegs.

I would appreciate if someone can update the shop list selling large format film and chemicals. Last week I went to Ruby and realize that the shop is shrunk, way smaller than before. I hope that Ruby can last as long as possible.

ruby probably own the shop, should be able to shoulder the declining sales. it is more of concern that ah eng they all are getting on with age. pray for their health.

List should probably be updated! Let's keep film alive!

As they say Google is your friend.

For specialist treatment of film ( don't know if the 5 above do pull and push processing.) Plus 4 X5 film.
Filem.sg ( Malay, singlish pronunciation )

Reported in 2015, sg used to have 600 photo processing shops, now to 5 only?

Alternative film and camera supply shop, 8familytree in geylang.

Alternatively you can develop your own film and save money in the long run if shooting lots of film.
I think Ruby sells B/W chemicals.

Thank you one eye jack for ur response. Google is my friend, yes. But it will never be able to beat personal opinions of users here. Something which Google is unable to provide.

I would recommend Analog Film Lab for E6 development, 8 storey tree and Ruby photo for buying film.

I found Filem.Sg not a very good experience, I do not recommend them on the basis of them not being honest in their dealings.
