Hey, it came out after I found a Nikkormat at my friend's place. Even with PS-8 slide copy adaptor! NEATNESS!

Actually, seasoned photographers who swear by manual equipment can indeed focus faster than the 1V. They can judge distances rather accurately, preset it on the lens, and by the time they lift the camera to their eyes, they just need to "touch up" a bit or let DoF cover any errors.

And better still, they have better light meters in their eye/brain than what the Big 2 makers have. In the condition that their camera batteries die, they can still gauge exposures rather accurately.
