If you are a students enrolled in MOE schools or MOE staffs you can purchase CS4 Web Premium at $99. The only diff is Design Premium have InDesign, whereas Web Premium have Soundbooth. The rest are similar.

But do take note that using a Student Version in a non-Student context is very likely to fall outside the terms of the license and making you no different from going to JB to buy the Friendly version. Do read the terms of the license carefully.

Most pple who are not able to buy it themselves, are not likely to fall within the terms of the license agreement anyway.

Do remember to read the EULA

basically, the license grants the user the right to use provided he/she meets the criteria

in other words, if you are not a higher education student, you DO NOT have the license to use.
that means that you are paying money but just as bad as using pirated software.
