More or less i am guessing that everyone in one occassion or another has been snapped by street photographer. Chances are these said photographers would then use the photos either for exhibition and possible sales.

now imagine this scenario...after being snapped by the photographer, you take out your own camera and then snap the photographer back plus a few more shots of the photographer street actions.

just to ask, has anyone ever done the scenario above? :cool:

Seen it happen lots of times, at least the tog hoot the other tog.

can the person being shot sue or damages? can u sell the photo without releases (assuming of course ur selling to some anal-retentive companies)?

You only can sell the photo without releases if the subjects faces isn't clear I think.

difficult to shoot the other street photographer. bcos he would be hidden from view! ;)

Yeah, ended up with a photo of someone taking a photo of someone taking a photo of someone.
