just to answer the questions
This was at the junction of peninsula plaza and funan
The building is peninsula plaza

I did consider removing the white lines or scuff marks under the hood of the traffic light but having it all red didn't seem that good. My opinion is that the scuff marks add a little character to the traffic light.
