Hi... I'm not a good photographer to give advise, but just want to say that it seems sharper at the ear than the eye. What do you think if it's sharper at the eye?

looks okay to me. the background too blur that's why it appears sharper at the ear, if you're refering to #2.

Not really, the focusing point is focusing on the ears, the large aperture made the eyes DOF
