saw a food photog program once, they driped HCl into the food to create the steam.. its more controled and it looks nicer...

u mean they drop it on the food? btw, where to get them?

I was thinking of dry ice?

dry ice will be tooo much i guess... plus CO2 is heavy and cold... i.e dense... so it will fall.... it won't stream up....

yea put in food... of cos dont eat lah...

HCl ar... shrugz.. i'm sure there are chemical suppliers... i wont know a distributer..
