Star light effect with 2100

I heard people said that 2100 can do it easily without lens woh......

How come I can not get the effect with my night shoot....:dunno:

different DC can have different result for same settings of apeture size and shutter speed

my advice is to
- set ur mode to Manual
- set apeture from f/2.8 to f/8 (use f/8 if you want STAR effect )
- set shutter speed from 1 sec to 8 sec (make sure there is no noise)
- use a stable tripod
- use remote control or timer mode

you are using a DC and can test with different settings for better effect ...

f/6.3
5 sec exposure

F8 and long exposure(more than 4). Keep ISO down to 100.

Woah. can the 2040 do that with small aperture and a longer exposure time? But scared with long exposures, the hot pixel problem would crop up......
