Hi i juz bought a new lens second hand and there is squeaky sound when i af , is this normal ? Lens is 35mm 1.8G on my d3000

No, its not normal, probably because the lubricant inside dried up.

You should still send it in for a check, worst case, it might not be a lubricant problem but something wrong with the motor itself.
