What the best way to prevent them?

Encounter 1 .. that just refuse to let mi boot my XP. After format the whole PC using quick format. Is still effected with Pop up

I find "Spyware Doctor" to be quite good.

up ur firewall too along with anti-spywares, before logging into the internet. Last week, i reformatted my C drive and log in without loading the firewall, few mins of surfing and i have to reformat my C drive again.... :sweat: :sweat: :sweat:
