in nikon D60 camera, there is tiny 3 spots in camera, when i zoom in, the spots are bigger. How can I remove it? Shall I go to service center or can I do it by myself?

this is probably sensor dust
do a google on the subject, you can do it in service centre, you also can do it yourself.
