Singapore
Hello together,

I am new here in Singapore. Can you give me some recommendations for some good locations to shoot besides the 'must see' like Marina Bay and so on?

I am looking forward to each suggestion I get :)

Dominik

Civic district, Chinatown, Little India,
Bugis, Kampong Gelam, Clark Quay, Boat Quay etc

if you want to see the heartland of Singapore, take the train to all the new town centres, visit the markets, hawker centres, to see the people and their everyday life.

Thank you so much for that quick replay!

are there also some local photo tours in Singapore which are joinable?

EDIT: can you also recommend when to go there? in the Morning, in the evening, on weekends?
and are there some special spots in those particular locations where i definitely have to go?

I am not sure about local photo tour, but you can check out tripadvisor

Civic district, no particular timing but weekdays the best
Chinatown, afternoon onward, night time is good, weekend the best
Little India, anytime, if you are very bold, go during weekend afternoon.
Bugis, day time, first and fifteen days of Luna months is the best
Kampong Gelam, any time is fine, but Friday around noon time is more interesting
Clark Quay, after sunset
Boat Quay, meal times or after sunset

btw, Orchard Road and Botanic Garden also can consider, if you want to see lots and lots of people, go during weekends
