33) The winners shall grant the organiser the sole ownership and copyright to their winning photographs. The organiser

Done without a lawyer, I think.... If one has sole ownership and copyright, why does one need a perpetual licence for "the purpose of displaying the work in exhibitions, for use in research projects, marketing and publicity collateral"?
