Photography should be restricted only to no-flash photography. No more available information except the dates - Fuji Ice Palace's website seem to be shut down, so no competition schedule can be obtained.
Note that I am only informing CS'ers about the shoot, I am in no way in touch with the officials, otherwise I'd have more information than I have now...
