By everyone i mean, the abstract artist, the porn fan, the filmmaker, the wanna-be professional photog, the uncle with grandchildren, and the yuppie who doesn't have to save money for a car. You know how I know most humans are full of contradictions and double standards? Pictures of kids are always wonderful. No matter how badly taken. Nobody cares to criticise the photographer. But when it comes to pretty girls and wanna be models, everyone is so full of opinions. If there are among you those who look down on the average man with a dick for a brain, then you shouldnt come to places where the mainstream hang out, where the heartlander hangs out.

But, the point here is that there are so many people like DP and Wisp telling these bikini photographers that their vision is wrong. To help people out technically is one thing, but to tell them what kind of artist they should be is another. Plus, I got started only when DP was attacking people like he has the authority to. Just want people to see the true motivation for his behaviour.

Well that is your own opinion but it is just as narrow minded as DP's and Wisp's comment

I am from arts background in terms of education and career, but i am also able to understand and appreciate what the dickheads appreciate, because humans are made by both nature and nurture. There is much to appreciate in this world, and to be unable to appreciate what another can is to the loss of the narrow minded.

Hey, I'm a guy, and I happen to like the act of procreation. And I love my women. Enough to know what I like and don't like about them. Seeing them as just a mere sex gratification object went out the window a long time ago.

So much that I don't have to engage into what's right or wrong for you.
I can look at the photograph and minus off the sexual content into other view points.

AS for how bikini shooters or do whatever, honestly that's really how I felt how most of this photographs are being portrayed in this sub forum. Pretty girl, get excited, shoot off few hundred photographs and I just see pretty girls posing without direction. But that's my opinion.

As for another aspect of honesty, that thread was meant to be directed at you. Perhaps if you spend less time talking and more time outside, you wouldn't be bothered try to shoot my ass off.

And I have a hard time believing you're from the arts.

when people like DP use 'sucks' to describe his/her opinion on a picture, the most i can think of is that: the picture is very bad for the commentor and that he/she cannot find any better words to describe the horrible feeling.

when a man use the words 'nose-bleed' and/or 'erection inducing' to describe a picture of a lady, either

1. the picture is pornographic or erotic.

or

2. the commentor has internally commoditised the image of the lady, or worse the lady in the picture, as a sexual commodity.

not saying that we should hide behind moral masks, but if that's the desired outcome of producing such shots, why don't the photographer/commentor just go to pornographic websites? also, how does the model feel to be described as being of something that induces bleeding nose and/or erection? is that being fair?

having said that, i'm not going to stop anyone from using those words, like how i'm not going to stop DP from using 'sucks'

Of course, there are better pictures of Veronica where her facial expressions and pose were truly erection-inducing. But i'm sure for the photographer, he saw that in his pictures... just as I got that feeling from my pictures of her. hehe;p

They feel safe to say these things cos they think you guys can understand. They know that we may be bred differently and so may not have much in common, but we are all biologically alike. They are trying to connect with you. But instead of being friendly, you look at them with a look of disgust.

Even my female friends, married or attached accept that majority of men are like that. I still hang out with them like a sista. And they are all from creative or marcom background!! I myself cannot connect with women who merely look good. But does that mean i cannot understand how other men can be attracted to a woman solely based on looks?

Creative ?mass com? So their qualifications makes them apply generally to the whole female populance? They can accept that part of being male, but I don't quite think they would want to hang out with a guy who thinks of nothing but sex all the time.

Yeah well, I just simply say thinking of women as mere sex objects in such a manner is sad. You want to think of women that way, go ahead. And from your reaction (especially the initial one which you happily change it this way), are you sure you're not pulling a fast one on me? Yeah it's okay to be open about sex, but when it's seems to reach a certain point where there's nothing but sex orientated stuff to talk about, I think you need to go around more.

I actually am very idealistic. I have problems coming to terms with normal thinking.
I prefer human over male or female.
I think differentiating the male from the female is slowing the advancement of society down.
I dont like girls to act like girls.
I dont like guys to act like guys.
I want something universal. Maybe I watched too much Star Trek lastime.

Thats how i actually think. But i still want be friends with normal people.
Not just the classy snobs and those with moral masks.
To communicate with people, you cant be on your high horse.

Ok lah. To do my part to end this cycle of hate, I apologise for my being offensive. But really, i feel that anyone who offends others should expect offence in return, don't you agree? Otherwise the good guy always has to act like a dog. Is that what you all want?
